It's also end of year selling coupled with major risk off trades. The SP 500 is going lower bc it's been a fed induced bubble for years. Remember the Dow went up 8000 points from Nov 16 to Jan 2018. That move was never warranted. Now wall street wants to blame Trump trade war and the fed bc liquidity is coming out. The fed is not going to hold wall street hands. Look at that DXY!!! That is great for soverighn strength but can dampen commodity prices. The big issue here is the increase in short interest. I think they will buyback shares in 2019 so don't worry. I'm buying more next week. Wall Street and shorts have no idea the impact of HBI plant!!!
