It won't drag out forever. 3 to 6 months until completion IMO.

But the important thing is the first preliminary filing which we can expect perhaps a month from now. They have to tell us why the dividend is worth $1.80 per SIAF share or something close to that, see. This filing, in concert with operational updates on the website (pictures/video) should give a boost to the stock.

But first we have to recover from another major blow to confidence levels and credibility. Another thing the (preliminary) F-1 filing does, is give people more confidence.
