There will be another stay extension, you know that. PWC already stated they've worked out cash flows to the end of Feb 2019'. You're right about the liquidation, PWC is contracted to see the former company through liquidation. No where in modern history is BioAmber's "ownership" being transferred, there is no physical entity remaining to transfer.
