It really isn't too difficult to understand.

Yes, Jan bought shares, but did he pay for those shares with his money or with shareholders' money? He received a lot of money with taking on toxic loans. For all anybody knows the money received from toxic loans was used to purchase shares he is currently holding.

Likewise what did he do with the money from all those toxic loans, it is unknown if he pocketed the majority of it. One thing for sure he didn't pay off the toxic loans as dilution is killing this POS.

Just so it's known, many OTC companies 'dangle the carrot' to reel in investors. That is, they will dish out tens of thousands of dollars with actually doing something to make it looks like there is a tangible business ready to flourish when really they have no desire to run a legitimate business and merely do nothing but increase the OS, do reverse splits while all along taking out these toxic loans and pocketing hundreds and sometimes millions of dollars.

Eighty percent of the population is ignorant and the other
twenty percent live off of them.
