That’s all very odd. As of today, Friday, Dec. 14, 2018, MMEX seems to have only two documents on file in Pecos County, and only one of those is an easement filing, from University Lands. The other is the warranty deed for MMEX’s 126-acres of Pecos County desert paradise.

As I pointed out in earlier posts, the Texas Government Code (under which municipalities and counties are regulated) prohibits direct, or indirect investment in private, for-profit companies like MMEX.

Oddly, as of Dec. 13, the most recent Pecos County Commissioners Court meeting, the county has conducted no business with MMEX, so there is no public record of Pecos County granting any easement, or tie, apron, extension, or driveway to any Pecos County Road (the only roads in the vicinity of MMEX).

As was also pointed out, MMEX’s site lies 21-miles north-northeast of the city of Fort Stockton - well outside the city’s regular or extraterritorial jurisdiction; in other words, the City of Fort Stockton has nothing to do with MMEX from a jurisdictional or infrastructure perspective.

There has been no PR from Bubbles, at International House of PR (Zany Rick, used car sales persons, penny-paint-huffers, and others promised this by Friday, but no bueno). Similarly, the Fort Stockton City Council met, and published its meeting minutes, no actions, discussions, or mention of MMEX…

While it is possible that something happened, other than the rumored meeting between Zany Rick, and Mad J., at the Grey Mule in their reserved love nest, stall three, it seems there’s no substantive evidence of anything material. Not even in the 10-Q, which requires notice of Subsequent Events.

When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead. It is difficult only for others. It is the same when you are stupid.
