I guess a lotta people, myself included, glossed over "anticipates" or weren't bright enough to know what anticipate means. It's definitely not a definitive answer.

I anticipated moving to a place I love, where the weather suits my clothes, where I don't sweat to death all the time, on or before July 1st and then again on or before Thanksgiving.

Welp, I'm still in Hell, have not moved, even though I anticipated it happening.

"Anticipates" was a great word for them to use which gave them an out if it wasn't done by the date they gave. I'm leaning towards believing they knew all along it wouldn't even be "on or before December 14" which means they had reckless disregard for Canadian shareholders... reckless disregard or a complete uncaring attitude if they got slapped with a Cease Trade Order.

Hmmm, wait, isn't "great CEO" Bob a Canadian himself?
