Take a gander at the balance sheet and see the difference between assets and liabilities. Assets > Liabilities
Then ask yourself this: when would be the absolute best time to dilute? I’ll give you a hint, if you’re going to dilute, you want to do it when the share price is high. So why wouldn’t they have done that back in May when the pps was between 0.05 and 0.37. There was very little dilution then. Why dilute now?
You have no real case - your arguments make sense on other boards, not this one.
