You'll need $2.50/share in your margin account. Good luck.
Risk-Reward sucks for shorting pennies and huge margin requirements are a turn-off.
Thus, shorting OTC is very rare.
Looks like the best time would have been a few days ago.

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
