oops, actually gave you wrong folder...
reinstall won't do anything since that does not touch the user files.

in MT, select FILE / HELP => About Medved Trader.

On the ABOUT screen, you will see a number of links to folders that MT uses. Click on the one labeled "ROAMING". that will open the folder.

Leave that folder open and close MT

Once MT is closed, just delete all files in that open folder. Next time you start MT, it should start as if new. all settings will be erased. Is that what you want?
