R59- PDEX- Is this manipulation ?

I've noted that the stock has gone down $.13-$.30 every day right at the close all week long. I called Schwab, and they told me someone sold 6 shares today with a market at close order. Re, assuming someone is selling only a handful of shares every day with a market at close order, wouldn't that suggest that seller wants to manipulate the stock lower, especially being that there is always a huge spread between the bid and ask ?
