Did the Company issued shares to you? If so, was there a request that came into our office for a transfer and what did the transfer entail? If so, what is your certificate number, how many shares and was this a request for legend removal as well? How were the shares transferred into your account? Was it transferred electronically or in certificate format?
Also, the company is not set up to transfer shares electronically to the broker, which is called DWAC eligible. If this was the manner you had transferred your shares, the broker would not be able to pick your shares up as the Company is not set up for this
