I don’t think they are negotiating to get out. I think Elite is trying to extend with more $ to find trials or will wait out the contract to go to a new partner. Epic would want something to allow Elite to exit. Elite has no cash so that isn’t an option. They do have a growing pipeline, but that is all just a gentlemen’s handshake at this point - that I don’t think Epic would take. Will be interesting to watch it unfold.
