MZEIQ still has value as a shell, but that's about it. On that basis, one can either sell for the tax losses (which only benefit you if you have gains elsewhere that can be offset) or you can just let it sit for a couple of years until the shell is purchased. This would be an exceptionally clean shell compared to others that are available, so it could be a pretty good play if the right purchaser came along.
