I beg to differ on the SOL portion of your post. They have secured prime locations and will be rewarded for their foresight in the long term. This is an industry in its infancy and if they do nothing with the property but put a sign with "future home of..." in the window of each location they are supporting their brand. If they use the space as information centres the way Tweed Main Street did so much the better. As someone already pointed out, these licensed producers are the ones supplying the government online stores across the entire country and all of those who win the first lottery licenses. Are we going to see the swooping high growth of the last couple of years? Not likely. Are we going to see steady solid gains in to the future? you betcha!
