Not sure if you are paraphrasing from a conversation with them or what.

After a couple of follow up emails, I did finally get a response to my email with some answers I was looking for this morning. I also sent them more questions in return.

I'll sum up the main points below:

- Changes in California regulations appear to set them back on their initial product launch timeline. (i'm still trying to get more info on their timeline)

- Plan is to have brands that target niche markets with strong initial product offerings.

- focus on delivering unique products... not "me too" products

I hope to get more answers on my follow up email.
