DPWW-29Year, totally agree. I don't think investors understand they have contractual rights to their dispensaries.

Personally I believe States Rights Act will be granted in 2019 as Repub Senator of Colorado (Gardner) is pushing for it as the current fed/state relationship with cannabis is not working. States Rights Act is an easier way to open up investment and banking opportunities for cannabis companies.

The float is so low here that with any volume from investors with large followings, this shoots to above $.10 in a heartbeat.
