Qamronics India PVT was registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs last Friday (Dec. 7). Has 3 Directors, one from AMTRON as expected.

Amtronics LLC is not showing up yet with MCA.

Also did not find Amtronics CC, but expect it is a foreign company so not registered in India. Which probably also is why the LLC was formed, so the LLC and AMTRON could sign the License and Development Agreement with QMC and do business in India with limited liability.

I don't see it as a "new" deal, just working out the proper corporate structure.
