That article wasn't released yesterday. It's a year old. They've absorbed the consequences of a settlement, revoked licenses and probation and have moved on. It wasn't just a slap on the wrist. Hopefully they've learned something from it regarding the cost of unethical business practices. My personal outlook of the company is still optimistic.
