It is very important to state facts, good or bad, with an explanation of why they are good or bad.



Is that factual enough for you.

Reason - two years of no substantial progress (as far as the investment community is concerned).


Your case sounds more like timing of your investment, than that PKTX was a bad investment in the first place.



So why is buying today any better timing than 2 years ago, especially after all the "progress" the company supposedly has made over those last two years, yet the price dropped 50%?
