Opinions of good DD obviously differ, and frankly I couldn't find any history of "good DD" on Maciora's part. We can see he tried to personally capitalize on the Sierra Global Conspiracy Theory (SGCT) developed in 2014 by attempting to turn that into a personal revenue stream through multi-million dollar pro se lawsuits against the company, the auditor, the transfer agent, and innocent shareholders. He wasn't representing shareholders--just himself. As I recall, Ed said Maciora wasn't even a shareholder.

The SGCT was developed two years before Maciora filed his first lawsuit.

As for liabilities, they are best reported by auditors, not detractors of the CEO.
