......dunno.....normally, I say follow the money......but with uwbi......BAFFLING...............FDIC is always pulling strings........BUYER of uwbi HOLDCO specified terms in its favor (venable LLP is quite shrewd and they advise/direct frankie)......BK TRUSTEE and his counsel, are BUFFOONS..............and now the IRS got sucked in to this mess.............
.........probably will all work out, soon.................I'm biased, but I know the FDIC and they make blunders but crave power but when the FDIC wants uwbi and the ITR.........CLOSED...........day close.........no doubt......none.........FDIC........fascism in ameriKKKa, or at least in the usa banking world .......all in larry's opinion......
