.....totally depends upon how the payment was made.........if we have 300K shares, regardless, we float down with the stock..........if we have the $125mm locked in............frankie's gotta put up more stock, if he uses stock.....................

......just don't know how the pay-in is structured............I've begged for clarity and Guy's atty (loose lips) won't say bec. he doesn't know...............rumor is FC decides and hasn't decided........FC is paying $125mm, imo....................they can use whatever they want................that's Guy's position.........so FC's drop doesn't matter to us................
