I don't see a reason why USMJ and NOUV shouldn't merge. There needs to be a share adjustment if they do, which is a process that would hold things up. For now I don't believe a rs is in sight. Hand PURA their dividend, let this ride. We can afford their dividend without messing with the structure here. But imo, I see a buy out comming for this entire family of companies, it will be HUGE imo, but that's just my thinking...
