I agree with that too. What PH said is a very good point. Investor relations is just a subset of customer service and responsiveness coupled with empathy and kindness is the key to success. And since this may be a great app of Ritz Carlton quality, business should be conducted with the Ritz Carlton service. In other words, we as shareholders who have recognized and chosen To support this wonderful project, should be rewarded with a fine dining experience. And for anyone who’s ever been in the restaurant business, that person knows that the worst thing that a waiter has could do Is ignore their customers!!!
