Since milestone is not refundable, what is there to renegotiate with EPIC.
Was there a time limit on the payment that is due upon successful fda approval? Since EPIC was an abysmal failure in selling the multiple drugs Elite has now recaptured, why is there a need to have anything to do with Epic. I thought company has moved on to better partners in Glenmark and Sungen.
