Whereas I fully agree that VMSI should provide transparency, communication and updates on a regular basis- and explain why they have left us with so many unanswered questions, I think the lack of discipline on this Message Board is destructive and dangerous to the value of our stock. If you were to research this stock- besides looking at public, formal press releases, you would probably look at the Internet. Do you think what you say is all that hidden from public view? Guess again1

I am quite sure that I am in the top 5% of you that have been disadvantaged- because I overbought and that was connected with the existing and uplifting PR at the time. And I spent a lot of money on this stock and I am way under now. (I would say at one point, I did very well on this stock but that is now old history).

Still, despite the current silence, most of you would recognize that the company is now funded to uplist, to do its audit and to focus on the main goals of the company, one of which is the App.

Personally, I think that non-communication was a very bad idea, but I don't think it was because of incompetence or bad will towards us. I have never doubted Guerrero and Wade and the other officers and members of the Board have good intentions, hard work and decency- but I intuitively felt they had hit a rough turn in the road that they felt they could not adequately explain. I actually trust them and I do not like, appreciate or condone the kind of negativity that drops so easily into this Message Board and produces nothing for any of us- except public devaluation of what I believe is an exceptionally valuable project.

I don't know how many of you have actually run a small business- but it is tough- and the objective of creating a mobile app like VITA is challenging and none of you know what they have run into. There are certain members of this group who are entirely savvy about that point and understand the futility of using this place as a platform for complaining and castigating the people who are trying to build something worthwhile and important.

The remarks that I see from a handful of people here- and their constant complaining- are truly against the rules of the IHub Board- because you are not supposed to repeat yourself continuously.

Who doesn't know about the lack of transparency? If you think that complaining and saying insulting things- often completely speculative nonsense, coupled with sometimes with profanity and with the overwhelming need to smoke themselves into stock oblivion- is going to help anyone, you are really only telling the world that this stock sucks- and I think that no one who says that knows it- and the same people who are again castigating management- were waxing optimistic a few weeks ago- but now they are again publicly casting doubt on the value of the stock.

I hope some of you who have indulged themselves- but then stopped after the appearance of the last PR- would resume their respectful silence and discuss our challenges and opportunities in a respectful and professional way.
