I would love to see both happen. I don't think I will ever see any money back. When I invest I accept the risk. I am ok with losing money if an investment doesn't work out. I am not ok with outright thieves. All my lawsuit is asking for are the financials. Once I obtain them will provide them to the authorities. There is no way out for these guys. They are really screwed. I am still waiting for the CEGX supporters to provide real information. We have provide tons of accurate details.
