Looks like this SCAM, yes SCAM is going to make it to yet another year of conning investors. Vigil has nothing but a complete fraudulent history. Anyone investing here should take a big step back and evaluate all the vast red flags. This “merger” vigil claims, is nothing but a complete lie. ILST is nothing but a worthless empty shell. Zero services, zero products, zero value, and zero future. Take the tax loss and invest in something that doesn’t have red flags all over it.
