Yes finally someone has found my lawsuit! Yes this is me. Tim and CEGX initially said they would provide the information, then said I had to come to the office to review it. I had planned to go to the office and they then said I have no right to it. I am an OWNER in the project. Case law supports my right to review all financial information related to the Bradford. They denied me for over a year so I filed suit. Tim would not comply and waived arbitration. We were planning on preparing for trial when they changed their minds and asked for arbitration. Clearly a stall tactic but judge granted it. We are now preparing to file a motion of discovery which will be granted and I will obtain all financials. All I want is to follow the trail of capital.
