funny thing, Mexico and Central America are considered separate. The Mexicans and the Central Americans from Guatamala down to Panama hate being in the same room together. Mexico and the organizaton of the Central American countries can work together to solve this problem... but corruption and jealousies run so deep that nothing will get done I am afraid. ... That is unless Trump cuts off all aid and trade, then they will see the light and take action. There are but a few ways to deal with these countries. You bribe them, steal their money, or like Trump has threatened to just stop doing business with them altogether.
Or If you are X President Bush then you simply invade.
