Treaty Energy (TECO) is a good case study as well. They played the same way. They ripped off everybody they did "business" with. They even managed to drill a couple of good wells in Texas, almost by accident, and they of course just used them to rip folks off. The other several dozen Texas and lousiana leases were all total garbage. The Belize thing was one for the books and that got the SEC's attention.
