Their business model is finding a garbage asset to invest in knowing it will fail or minimally perform, raise a bunch of money telling everyone how great the project will be, start the project so they look legit, tell investors they need more money to fully complete the project, tell investors again how amazing it will be when its done, A year later they deny any responsibility, disappear with hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy new houses, cars, or remodel their houses.
