I just now noticed the latest 8K from yesterday which says the registered public accountant resigned. I'm not too familiar with the wording here, as typically companies will file to state a change to a different firm. Doing a bit of searching, it seems Schumacher & Associates deals mostly with smaller companies. Could it be that Vitro informed them of their expected growth and said they could no longer handle the workload? If so, this is a great sign for the business and hiring a different accounting firm might be the first step to officially reporting again.
