Smart. If you wait until the next 10Q to see QMC had the money in the bank you might pay much more.

8k new entity also sounds to me that it is designed for selling sublicenses within India for production of technology developed in Assam. This way AMTRON administers tthe sublicenses to maintain order. Great idea IMO.
