Then read it again. The point is it was pumped with 1,6m o/s and it was visible from day one that a 1 for 553 reverse split is planned!

And the company and ta did their part to support this pump with misleading investors.

I sent ceo an email straight after the pr was released. He did not answer.
He updated also otcmarkets share structure with 1,6m o/s and sedar.

He knew the rumors, but never clarified it!

Now suddenly after i sent an email to ta that i report the false information to the sec suddenly they stop it and clarify it.
