I have to say...I am not too worried about this. I know law doesn't make sense, but this is freaking stupid. I don't think it will last that long.

I don't think it will last long, people have spoken and they WANT CBD water, food, snacks, etc.

"CDPH is reviewing the letter from the U.S. Hemp Roundtable, but it made clear its current position on CBD in foods and beverages in California."

I firmly believe the current position will change
