jyyoo I don't dispute that it may be contractual. The point I tried to explain was that when it is in the interest of both parties to change a contract one can expect them to change it. It is not a good idea to receive shares valued at 55 cents when the real value is less than 50% of that. Neither is it a good idea to issue shares at a valuation of 55 cents when the book value is more than 20 times more. It would therefore serve the interests of both parties to pay 55 cents cash instead of shares. To me this seems obvious.
