While that is true that is not how the market opens or trades in pre-hours. What you are referring to is the open market not what I was speaking specifically to. Thats MM all day long and if they opened the market at 0.001 tomorrow the stock wouldnt just crash based on metrics alone. it would drop because of selling by those that realized a profit and would stop once we hit 0.0007 or so (based on recent trend). This stock can go up organically but it will take a lot of back and forth unless there is some significant news that gave investors the impression that the company was not only worth more but would continue to increase in value and offset more profit (for the investor). Dont kid yourself, the stock market is 99% driven by greed and because of that this stock can go either way but it will ALWAYS begin with the MM's setting the price for the day and they only care about one thing-PROFIT (immediate profit in the now). They dont care about shareholders or shareholder interests (long or short). When traders say that they are trying to "beat the market" who do you think they are trying to beat? Us? No, they are trying to beat the MM's which can be done but you have to get ahead of them which is why it would be very helpful for us to find out who UATG potentially could merge with. This would give us important data points which we could use to calculate the pps and cap structure. Then we can decide whether to sell or buy and how much of either will offset the most profit for US.

I know some here will say that I am wrong about a merger or buyout BUT what if I am not? If I am, what difference does it make? We stay where we are and slowly, VERY,slowly improve (pps) if at all. If I am not wrong we at least have the potential to realize a return. Isnt that the whole reason we trade? To make money?

Its less to do with the company or whether we like the CEO (or even the company for that matter) but more to do with the data points we can collect, calculate and ultimately predict a trend in either directions. Its why probably everyone here uses some type of indicator overlay on their charts all day. Of course I think we all interject some type of emotion into our investments. Its difficult not to. I own some other stock and despite them have some previous losses, I would never sell. I love the company!

One example for me would be that I am not particularly fond of Bob Igor, Elon Musk or Tim Cook but the company they head provides an opportunity for me to realize a favorable ROI.
