As of November, "Bill" Chabaan still owns that condo in Dubai, butt he's nott been spotted there ever. As far as is known, he bought it and has never even slept there once - although furnishings were brought in and mail is received there. "Bill" has a close relative who is an editor/publisher of a couple of business-related magazines in Dubai, so maybe she is the one picking up the mail at his unoccupied condo there.
