Yes, Bill is getting into the Pole Position. Why not get 40mil when you know you will grow it to $40mil for freeeeee.

Sure they must be restricted anyways. That means if he wants to get paid he will have to push hard and issue official PR's and make things happen so his mulla can grow. Right now if someone was to sell 1mil LVVV would collapse.
