You do realize people are selling for tax-loss correct?

The only way to sell a 0 bid stock is to place a market order however unless there is a market maker willing to take the other side of the trade, a market order will just sit idle.

In order to sell a stock like this or any other stock that does not have market-maker participation on the bid side, you need to telephone your broker and request that a "nominal" Market order be placed. That order differs from a normal Market order that are retail clients such as yourself would place online. The shares would essentially be purchased by a market maker as close to zero as possible. This happens all the time in the month of December on bidless stocks
