Saying someone sounds new is not offensive, unless you have an ego to protect. It's just the way you came across with regard to stating we need to let the CEO do his work, as if we should not insist on accountability and truth from him. Emailing him when there is the appearance misrepresentation and/or deception is not anything more or less than prudent of an investor who cares to know if he has made good decision with his money there.
