It's not secret - it's imaginary. If there were any material deal, under a variety of statutory requirements, it would have to be public knowledge, and at a minimum, an 8-K filing would be required.

The MMEX STRONG have often used the buy-on-rumor pump tactic, usually before, or concurrent with bad news - recall the last round, just before the reverse-split was announced.

At present, yesterday's S-3 filing, which will cram down all MMEX retail "investors" by nearly 20-million shares is out, and the MMEX STRONG are trying to make something out of nothing on Form 4 compliance filings that adjust Mad J. and The Lemon's holdings to reflect the 1 for 100 reverse split...

MMEX is nothing more than a continuous clown show.

Why wait for them to *maybe, possibly* release something? If you have some news on a meeting with the town of Fort Stockton I would love to see it! Is it a secret?
