I know what you're thinking. Can Alessi pull off the acquisition of BLUU? When will this court case advance further along? Can he pull off the acquisition without acquiring the toxic debt? Well to tell you the truth, in all of this excitement, I've overlooked the past debt myself. But Alessi being the master of shell acquisitions, you've got to ask yourself one question.
