No i don't think it counters all doubters and fear mongerers. There is a reason for suspicion, legitimate reasons. This isn't the first scuff with SEC rules and violations, so it is easy to get real negative when a scum bag punk kid like lebed starts posting and claiming he got paid to do so. I can tell you this, that kid is going to jail if he didn't talk with Wittenberg or Moro. My guess is that he did speak with the company, but just a guess. He KNEW the TV spot was coming in advance, so who told him? The number of shares that were sold was tremendous and they didn't care about exiting the stock in an orderly manner, they wanted out. I've seen a ton of trading in my years and i've never seen an event such as this. Clearly it was orchastrated by mangement to pump the volume, you can't argue otherwise. The real question, I guess, is WHY? I will be looking for the form 4's, i suspect i will see one or two. Lastly, believe me i want this company to be successful, unbelievably successful, but i'm very down on management at this point. A legitimate company doesn't get involved with scum bags like Lebed and smallcapnetwork and pay them over 3% of the company to pump the stock, that is FREAKING AMAZINGLY STUPID!!!!! It would be blind faith to trust management or not. Most of us do not know them personally or talk with them regularly therefore the average investor takes the info available and draws their conslusion from that. What we do know is the SEC slapped these guys before for making statements that were too optimistic at that point in time. We do know that Lebed claims to have spoken with management, got info before the public did and was paid to spam 40 emails over a few short days. We do know that Wittenberg and Moro have sold in rallies before. We do know that real news from ABT has not been announced. We do know there is someone with a ton of shares perfectly willing to part with them at .85 cents. Why would they sell? Clearly they don't believe a higher price is imminent or close. So there are a ton of reasons to be concerned. Does that mean sell, NO, but it does mean we need answer to these questions. They are not unfounded concerns. I don't beleive the staunces of supporters of this company can argue with the above. They are legitimate concerns. I seriously hope this turns out good, but i'm seriously questioning management at this point in the game. I'm serious about Lebed, if he wasn't told those things that punk is going to jail.
