i don’t see ARCA on ask and haven’t seen them. maybe popped on for a sec idk
but joe perez aka slick rick has been on ask since summer most likely shorting our stock and now covering after converting last month..
I don’t see any other note converted other then his and this wonderful accredited investor swindled his way to turning his 300k loan and 500k conversion into way more by shorting.
I don’t see any other explanation for what happened since summer when otcx came on. Also with transfer agent not updating that’s the only thing i can think of to how he dumped a few million shares over the summer till now with out effecting float.
Doesn’t seem like we will get an update from ceo or geodan about this either. it’s been my experience that during dilution dumping the company usually goes dark and doesn’t talk about it. Prob some agreement with diluter to get the most for their dumping cause if anyone knew any details then it would
effect the bids and buying.
