I found this.

On June 30, 2017, the Company issued professionals a total of 117,000 shares of common stock valued at fair value of $3.45 per share for services rendered to the Company.



See? You have a couple of these every year. They weren't even diluting in mid 2017.

It was probably settled in some way.
