.......Haynes should have 'considered' en banc appeal, which he is required by law to do, imo.......................in his 'clarification' Haynes said he "agreed" with the court's decision..................
......legal malpractice.....................he quit.........but if we report him to the BAR ASSOCIATION...............Hayne's will get like, 50 hours of billing time ON OUR DIME to respond to the complaint, etc......lawyers want complaints, when they have a blank check paying on the hourlies.............total rigged system...........
