so Nov 19th license deal was with Amtronics CC who supposed to give us $1M upfront License fee.
Nov 23rd saw another seperate license deal with 2 parties Amtronics LLC & AMTRON. Amtronics LLC & AMTRON together will create a new entity Quamtronics for QD production & Development in India.

Is this what one can infern from 8k?. Yet no mention of upfront $1m received, it would have been great if new 8k had confirmed it especially when SP hovering around 0.032.
