You have to extrapolate things. If you think about the October raise, that was a stop gap. Now, they've mysteriously come up with the money for de Novo, complete trials, marketing, and to pay a CFO without shares. You put a hired gun deal closing CFO in place for one reason...

This ain't my first rodeo. I'm the CEO of a company in the private sector and have been for several others in the past. I've been through 40+ rounds of funding both as an investor and on the company side. This is the right posture.
